Tired of the snow...

We have had snow every weekend since the beginning of December and at first it was beautiful but now I am really feeling done with it. LOL It was great when it snowed on Christmas because I did not have to drive in it but this time it decided to fall during the week and I have to go to work. At home there is about 14 inches. They scape the parking lot here at work so it was clear when I got here at 3:30 and now it is covered again and it has turned into a ice/snow mix which is even worse. Its really going to be fun getting home when I get off at midnight.

Kindest Regards,
Amanda

Yuck, I'm sorry Amanda. That doesn't sound like fun at all. At least you have a nice warm puppy to come home to.

If you don't stand up for something you'll fall for anything...

I know what you mean. By March I feel like going outside with a flamethrower. You guys have gotten more than we have for two years running now but we've got a storm coming Wed.

Be careful driving.

Animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.

Yes that is something to look forward to. I always sit with her and pet her for at least 30 minutes or more when I get home from work. Its amazing how petting her can make me relax so much. The other night I was asleep and my husband woke me up and said I think somethings wrong with Ginger she keeps pacing up and down the hallway (he had heard her tags jingling) which for her is not normal shes normally curled up asleep in her bed that is in the bedroom so I jump up and go see her and when I pick her up she was shaking like she was cold so I sat in the recliner with her and wrapped her up in my house coat with me and then she was okay but still not relaxed. I had only fed her once that day because the vet said she needed to lose a few pounds so I feed her again then wrapped her up again and sat in the recliner with her and we both fell asleep. So either she was hungry or cold not sure which but I was relieved that she was okay.

Thanks Romad I will.

Kindest Regards,
Amanda

LOL No I don't plan on going north to cold and way to much snow. Even when I worked as a truck driver the companies I drove for I made sure I would not have to go up north before I went to work with them. If I go any where it will be to Aunt Kymmies in Cali.

Kindest Regards,
Amanda

aww poor puppy, sound like cold and hungry to me,bless.
don't envy you the snow and ice,we only get a little here in London,
but everything almost grinds to a hault, and it really cheeses me off. !

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

Are we not in the South??? P.S. I had to cut my Labs. food down too, so I feed him less but twice a day. Good for him and good for me. Jack

When looking for a solution to an Aquarium problem go slow and change only one parameter at a time!

Just caught onto the conversation. I'm pretty sure that January 10th was my official "sick of winter"day. Up until then, I didn't mind it. Now the snow can go any time! I'm not too good with U.S. geography with out a map in front of me, so I don't know if I'm north or south of you...New York is south of southwestern Ontario, Canada where I'm at.
