Spring has sprung!

LMAO Kym!!!

I donno I think if I could have CO summer's here with where i'm at/ what's around me I think i'd have died and gone to heaven that would be my perfect mixture. Last year was obviously our 1st summer here and it got quite humid at time (quite humid being 50-60%).

I'll never forget the day thou I had to fly into FL from CO in the summer, got of the plane & outside and I thought someone hit me in the face with a humidity bet I was fixing to drop dead on the spot - I have no idea how people handle this; so maybe I shouldn't complain too much about TN lol

Nobody better not laugh,

but I too enjoy flowers. Got some orchids and gardenia's growing in Boileroom at work. Women in offices get them for various occasions birthdays,anniversary,etc and when they begin to faulter,(plant's ,not the women) They send them to me to revive.
Removed some Calla Lilly bulbs from large pot in october, and placed them in a paper bag on a shelf in the boileroom and was going to place some flowering pepper seeds with them for planting later, when I discovered that the Calla Lilly bulbs are sprouting in the bag.
Girlfriend and I hope to be able to get out and plant when weather finally turns but it is still quite cool here in Midwest.
Haven't seen any evidence of plant's outdoors sprouting yet but weather is warming daily.

I cook Kym. I can't say that I am "in to" flowers all that much but I do cook. I've owned my own Kitchen-Aid fire engine red mixer w/ accessories for years lol. There ya go 1077. I'm a dude and have my own super duty mixer.

Whoa...you have your own Kitchen-Aid? And cook? Humm...since I can't eat flowers I'm going to have to give you the advantage. Now if 1077 comes back and says he also cooks, in addition to his flower prowess....

My brother isn't into flowers but he is a wonderful cook! He makes his own pizza, lasagna and Mexican food. And he makes wonderful pies. He gets all his recipes from the food network.

I know what you mean. The first time I went to GA/FL, we crossed into the GA border and I like couldn't breathe. It messed with my asthma while I was down there. Made me glad to be back home in my 70F weather. :)

60-70 is perfect for me. I hate the heat.
