soothing the eyes

hi guys
has anyone got any suggestions about what is good,
for soothing sore puffy eyes.
tis the time of year for me to react to pollen :(
i also have exma(recent thing,stress induced apparently)
and where i have STUPIDLY scratched my eyes
the eye lids look like i have been up all night crying. :(
i have taken my hayfever tabs this morning,and although
it has reduced the symptoms,i'm left looking rough.
would anyone have any suggestions,or fellow
sufferers,any cures.?

Or if your looking for a quick remedy just to cool them a little, how about a couple of cold tea bags placed over your eyes? Might help to ease the discomfort a little.

Failing that, I'd take a trip to the docs or Boots the Chemists - see if they can recommend anything.

the tea bags sound like a good idea,as it's
the lids that are swollen(sorry i didn't explain)
still the drops sound nice,and as i'm going to pop out later
i will see if i can get some,

optrex red eyes or eyedew

vital eyes eye brightener (not the moisutiser it dont work)

all available from boots/superdrug even supermarkets for about £3-£4, sooths my chronic red eye in about 10-15 mins, amazing stuff :)

i went to Boots,and spoke to a nice lady,
who got me some cream,and after applying
the difference is considerable,
i can comfortably blink now. :)

not for curing "puffy" eyes
BUT
i suffer from he fever really i mean REALLY bad
and im cured :D
what i do is i have a teaspoon of honey everyday and now i dont have any probolms with hey fever at all :D
