soothing the eyes

hi guys
has anyone got any suggestions about what is good,
for soothing sore puffy eyes.
tis the time of year for me to react to pollen :(
i also have exma(recent thing,stress induced apparently)
and where i have STUPIDLY scratched my eyes
the eye lids look like i have been up all night crying. :(
i have taken my hayfever tabs this morning, and although
it has reduced the symptoms,i'm left looking rough.
would anyone have any suggestions,or fellow
sufferers,any cures.?
ideas would be great,thanks.
:)

Hi Willow. How about eyedrops... something like this perhaps?

http://www.murine.co.uk/products.asp...category_id=22

Or if your looking for a quick remedy just to cool them a little, how about a couple of cold tea bags placed over your eyes? Might help to ease the discomfort a little.

Failing that, I'd take a trip to the docs or Boots the Chemists - see if they can recommend anything.

Good luck, and hope it gets better soon :)

thank you for the link.
the tea bags sound like a good idea,as it's
the lids that are swollen(sorry i didn't explain)
still the drops sound nice, and as i'm going to pop out later
i will see if i can get some,
Whilst wearing my sun glasses. 8)
