Sleeptalking is really a nightmare!!!

I did it again for the second time of my life! It was really embarassing. I was talking in my dream and then realized that it was not real and woke up to find myself actually talking while asleep.

I wonder what happens next the next time I sleeptalk again.

I've been told a number of times that I talk in my sleep. I'm so worried I might say the wrong thing one day, err, night. I should get pajamas with a disclaimer on them!

What did you find yourself saying when you woke up, or was it unintelligible?

I flushed in embarassment and blamed myself for not shutting up in my dream.

I used to do that as a kid and have full conversations with my parents when they came in because i was talking. Now that im old enough not to sleep alone i dont do it anymore.

I wouldn't worry Lupin unless you have something to hide....

Yep. It's really weird - I've woken myself up loads of times laughing in my sleep.

i dont really do this alot, but im sure i have done it in the past....oh yeah, whenever im sick, im always really tired, and i will be laying on the couch half asleep openly rambling about things that dont make any sense at all. Once whe i was half asleep, i asked my mom for a flying dishwasher! the only other thing i do is sleepwalk, and that is odd. i once woke up on the upstairs couch, and once i was on the kichen table.
