Thanks everyone for your thoughts. We just received this update at 04:10 pm EST.

Yesterday we had nearly 400 employees participating in marathon events either as runners or volunteers. I am relieved and grateful to report that to the best of our knowledge, all of our employees are accounted for and safe.

It's an eerie atmosphere in town today. Security is beefed up everywhere and the streets and businesses in Copley Square near the finish line remain closed. It's still being treated as a crime scene. I hope we can get back to normal soon but it will never be the same on Marathon Monday :(

Thank you so much for posting an update, I'm so relieved to hear that your friends, at least, have come through okay. . . I can't imagine how the atmosphere must be there right now. . . what is wrong with people?! *sigh*

Yeah it was a real nail biter yesterday. I was glued to the tv for the entire day until 11:00 last night. So relieved!!
