well this evening i'm a little upset
England has snow, and we've almost come to a stand still yet again,it's boarding
pathetic ! actually it is pathetic
my granddaughters 1st birthday party tomorrow, and i think we'er going to miss it,
she lives about two hours away, and the news reckon if you don't have to go out
then don't,as the emergency services are struggling to get to stranded drivers.
they knew this weather was coming yet can they not invest in sorting the roads
out in this day and age ?
i know it's not the end of the world, but i love my granbabies so very much.
i have Skype so i can see her via the computer, but that's not the same as a cuddle.
should i be moaning about this ?

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

Pics and Video never do justice! Its not the same as you said! I know I would be upset if I had to view my daughters birthday party like this.

I live in a small town in Southeastern Tennessee and yesterday they called for "snow". I say "snow" as all we got was 15 mins of it and it barely did anything but dust the ground. That was enough to cause panic! Now that's Pathetic! LoL

I live in alabama- we had snow too. I think it snowed for a couple hours and had a brief "white-out". Of course, it was above freezing, so only a couple of inches "stuck", and melted within an hour. I did make snow ice-cream though.

Why does everyone buy milk and bread when snow is coming?

Hey Willow ,
Id be upset to its her first that sux that you cant be their to help spoil her , but theirs always tommarow gives ya time to buy another present .
I live in North East Mississippi and we got like red a few minutes maybe that , it didnt even stick thank God ! Whenever it does snow and stay for a day even we suffer from the black outs no power for days ..schools out and everythings closed its like the zombie apocolypse or something .
I wonderd about the milk and bread thing too , those always goo bad so fast why not get can goods or something you can cook and keep with out power ?
What we do have about every ten yrs or so is a ice storm ...OMG
Y'all remember the last one ? wasnt it like 95 ? or 98 ? I cant remember i know it was one of those though ,, it was awful here no power for 2 weeks had to cook everything on the wood heater and grill heat water for bathes and all that good ole time stuff . I dont envy the pioneers lol
Kidz of course thought it was cool for a short minute then realized no lights meant no nintendo then it was OMG were gonna die . lol

Just because your fish are alive dont mean they are
happy

The best thing about the fact that it's her 1st birthday is that she still to young to understand what a birthday is, so you can come by later and have a late private birthday party with just you and her. Something special for just the 2 of you. How cool is that? 2 birthday parties for 1 very special little one
