A man is locked in a steel box and there is no way out.

All he has is a mirror and a wooden table. How does he make good his escape?

Hmm... shatter the mirror, take a shard of glass and saw off a leg of the table, and then bash through the steel with the wooden table leg?

Of course, that plan would depend on a fragment of mirror being able to saw through wood and the steel being very, very thin

Would looking in the mirror make any difference ?

It could very well make a difference... but how?

Look into to the mirror, see what you SAW, cut the table in HALF, two HALVES make a WHOLE, climb out through the HOLE.

He SAW himself in the mirror and used the SAW to cut the table in half, two halves make a (w)hole, he climbs out through the (w)hole.

A farmer has to get a sack of corn, a chicken, and a fox across a river. The farmer is only able to bring one of the above items along with him at a time. The only problem is if he leaves the fox alone with the chicken, the fox will eat the chicken, and if he leaves the chicken along the corn sack, then the chicken will eat the corn sack. How does the farmer get all 3 items across safely??????? :)
