Oceane, I love snorkeling. In September my family and I are going on a trip to Lake Powell; we hope to ski, swim, snorkel, camp out, and do all that stuff. We rented a house boat so we'll be on the water basically all the time, unless we go on shore to make a fire or something. :D I'm really excited.

When a movie is based on a book, the book is always better. There are so many things in books (like thoughts going through people's heads) that you cannot show in a movie. I like to read Stephen King, and most of his stories became movies. A prime example was his story "It". The book was absolutley amazing; the man is brilliant. However, the movie left much to be desired.

Don't forget J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series. A lot of scenes from the book were just cut in the movies.

Wow sounds major fun, 8) i've actually never snorkelled in a lake, what's the visibility like? This week end we are going on a 3 nite hike, 80 kms in the Gorges, we will go past a lake, but i don't think anybody ever snorkelled in it... Don't forget pics i'd love to see your house boat.
Blue, i loved Harry Potter, inspite of a lot of material left out of the No4 it was great i am looking forward to the final book.

I don't know about the visibilty, but I think it's ok; however there may not be much to see so we'll just swim around under water. :P But it will be fun anyway. Yes I'll be sure to get pictures. Have fun on your hiking trip!

I've never read/seen Harry Potter. I think I'm not all that into sorcery, but I did have to read the Hobbit in school and thought it was pretty good. Of course, that wasn't exactly chock-full of wizerdry. Still.

I agree Harry Potter is fabulous and you don't have to be in sorcery to enjoy it. Its also about making friends, being different, going to school, falling in love... above all it's incredibly funny. I also enjoyed Lord of the Ring.
