when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

Nooo! No Chesh, don't curse me with sunshine. T_T I don't want any sunshine, I want cloudiness and cool weather until like mid-October so I can stop frying like an egg everyday from eight AM to ten PM.

So I was told this is a black-capped nightengale, can anyone confirm or tell me what it really is? We were in the protected wetlands area by cherry creek reservoir.

lol Squad o'swans...I think.

Ferrets out of the bag...It's actually a sleeper sack, all fleece-lined for warmth and whatnot. >>;

Ren says Halloween came early. She also says she wants that bell but she can't get it. lol

Well, Alanna was sure comfy the other day. I haven't been, I put a comfy bed up for her and she still tries to sleep between my legs or right in the center of the bed up against me, and she's darn stubborn, you can bump and shove her all you want, she wont move. x.x She sleeps like a rock, can you tell? LOL I seem to get a lot of animals that sleep on their backs.

Annnd sunrise, still a bit dim, not too bright out, I like these as much as I like the bright ones:

These may lack all the odd colors of most sunsets and sunrises, but it was lovely. This one was taken on a hiking trail nearby, I left at about 3:30am to get to a good spot.

Here's an interesting one. Ah, little orb in the way, probably a bug. lol

I really like these ones, I've never seen the sky so bright before.

And a really old sunset after a good thunderstorm a few years back. Too bad I missed what I actually went out for: I saw what looked like a biiig shooting star in the opposite direction of this shot, weren't any clouds above us, it left a glowing red jagged trail in the sky that looked like a big crack in glass that stayed there for about ten minutes. Coolest thing I ever saw, it was like a tear in reality. lol Unfortunately those shots didn't come out well and it vanished after I manged two of them. T_T I assume it was some rocks that shattered off and got stuck, they eventually stopped glowing.

Snow, anyone? >>; I know it's smeary, I was cold darn it!! Did I mention it was like -16F?=(

lol, well, Willow DID say she likes to see pictures in the sky >.<
I dunno about nightengales, but I SEE FERRETS!!! Poor Ren! Alanna is cute all sprawled out on the bed like that. Some cats are a pain, but I'm lucky that my Oni is the BEST sleeping partner ever - I like nothing more than snuggling up with my fuzzy baby for a catnap!

Happy Halloween!!!

So these pics I tried to post in Disney, but couldn't figure out how to upload them from my iPhone. Now I am sitting here watching the World Series and able to multitask, so here you go:

Somebody catch that rabbit:

Got him (and Tweedledee!)!

The Hatter (Daddy) and the White Rabbit:

My queen (and her twin):

More of the rabbit:

Tweedledee and the queen:

Another of me and the rabbit:

Everyone but me (I don't know why the guy who wasn't dressed up didn't take the picture):

And finally, my fam (Wifey, Gio, Dubs and me as: the Queen, Tweedledee, the White Rabbit and the Mad Hatter!):

You guys are ALL entirely TOO ADORABLE!!! hahah, love love LOVE the outfits! Your queen is far too pretty to play that roll, though - sorry, she is NOT an identical twin! You work well as the mad Hatter, tho ^_~ Gio and Dubs are spot-on cuteness *melts* Love them! All of them - and YOU! Thanks for sharing <3
