Well, meet the newest member of the family. I call her "Aly/Aly-Cat, though her full name would be Alanna after a character in my favorite book series.
I didn't say anything the other day, but when I put up my last photos, Leo the Cat had died. He had a blockage and they couldn't get to it without breaking his pelvis, which they said still might not work and has a high chance of returning if they did get it out. I couldn't let him live like that, he was in awful pain. It was killing him and breaking his pelvis every time he gets a blockage isn't gonna happen, so I denied them breaking his bones and said just keep him asleep and I said goodbye that way. Waking him woulda been cruel.
Anywho, apparently I just can't get along without a cat. I was shelter hopping since it made me feel better for some odd reason...however, I walked in a room today and this little gem grabbed me. She's so sweet. =) We JUST got her home, this photo was taken only 15 minutes after we got home. lol She looks like my boy cat Benni, but she's lighter and has no stripes on her body area that I can see. Just her tail and face. She is estimated to be 8-9 months old, but you can't know for sure with street cats, she was found by a gentleman who had been feeding her at his work place, he brought her in. She's extremely sweet.
YES, my desk is cluttered, I was depressed. >>; Still am, and probably will be for years, but I have something to raise and care for, and I do adore her! She's so sweet.
