Being around 30's at night here despite warm days around 80's.....I'm quite sure she'd have not made it many days at all if any of the freezing nights....

It makes me very upset to think that somebody could do that to any animal, let alone such a lovely little puppy.

Unfortunately there's many people like that out there.....our neighborhood fears summer break EVERY YEAR! Cute puppies for Christmas and then toss them out here the week before summer break, same ole same ole every dang year and the county nor city shelter help us with the animals ever...Very frustrating.

To finalize the story: Its official we're keeping her and hubby named her Abby (or Abbie?) tonight. So once I feel well enough to drive again after my 'headbanging' passing out yesterday I'll take her to the Vet get her checked out and see what shots she can have at this age (I know Rabis won't be until 16-18 weeks).

So while I downsized 1x55g and 1x10g for the baby - I have 3 dogs int he house now..... wonder if having kept the tanks wouldn't have been easier on me lol

And they all lived happily ever after. :) I love a story with a happy ending. She's such a sweetie and so are you for taking her in.

Now what's up with your passing out girlfriend?? Are you ok???

She just needs SO MUCH attention (if you want to raise her proper anyway) I'd be scared if I gave her up someone else would just toss her in a crate till she's older or something silly.
She's finally doing well eating & drinking on her own, she sleeps through 3 outta 4 nights...so its looking up.
Personally I wanted to call her Poopy Princess...but we settled for Abby LOL (Yes I wished she was lil bigger so I could buy her Preemie diapers

Stupid neighbor burnt some big ole log's on our brush fire which got super hot, contrary to popular understanding he simply left the fire alone (about 10-15ft away from the WOODS!) so then stuff spread I ran back & forth to the house to get water hooked up (about 1500ft run from that spot) and tried take care of the hot matter and I simply got too angry and too overheated dealing with that BS and then passed out at my other neighbors house who I wanted to get for help (they have one hard coffee table lemme tell ya lol).
But had a Drs app yesterday and all is ok, the bump on my head will take a few days but then be fine too.

Ok first I want to say I am glad you are ok and you are keeping that wonderful little dog. The I want to say I agree that guns would be to quick and easy for people that drop off animals. I am more along the lines that they get dropped off on an island were they have to fend for them selves with nothing to help them. No food, no water, no tools, no nothing see how they like haveing to fend for themselves.
