Hi guys,

We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience. You may have noticed that pages here have been loading much faster lately. That's because we've been doing a lot of tweaking and optimization here. Unfortunately, it seems that in making some of these improvements we introduced an unanticipated side effect or twot.

We're happy to report that the issues have been identified and resolved. The species profiles that appear above threads should be formatted correctly and should not overlap with posts, and the quick reply and edit functionality should be restored.

We hope you're as pleased as we are with the site's significantly improved speed/responsiveness, and appreciate your bearing with us.

Thanks,
Mike

Hi thefishboy,

I have not noticed saltwater fish profiles appearing in freshwater areas and vice versa. In which forums have you observed this? Can you please take a screen shot the next time you see it happen? Profile names appear above profile pictures again, thanks for pointing that out.

Everything seems to be working much better today, only thing I still see broken is the aquarium log profiles on the main page. It always good to have a fast site, worth the minor inconveniences, thanks for all the hard work.
