Based on the history of the NFL those two teams should meet at the Superbowl but I don't know if I'd count out the Panthers 8-2 record in the NFC or the Steelers 7-3 record in the AFC just yet....

Pfff but the Panthers haven't been playing that well. They nearly lost to the Lions!

However, Brandon Jacobs might possibly be really injured which would be a huge hit to the Giants, so we'll see. Anyone know how his MRI went?

You're correct, they may have almost lost to the Lions although they beat my hometown heroes, and then the Bears. I also believe Delhomme is still recovering from elbow surgery. As for Brandon Jacobs, I don't believe that is as big of an issue seeing that they have three RB's who have rushed for over 200 yards per game in the last three games. Haven't heard any news on the MRI.

Last night's game was exactly what I thought it would be. The Steelers played their classic dominating defense after giving up a TD in the first quarter. Cincinnati's dismal offense was only able to produce 142 yards from that point on.

The Steelers look tough and let's not forget they have the toughest ranked schedule in the NFL as far as opponents.
They could beat Tennessee right now, IMHO, and get to the Super Bowl.

GO CHARGERS!

Hmm...the Ravens will probably beat the Skins next week, so it looks like I'm going to have to change allegiances.

Batman- You can't change your allegiance mid-season! You're a Redskin fan so you must stand by them until the end. I have to with the Chargers
The Ravens are good. I agree that they will whoop the Redskins this week.

Lastly, does anybody know where Bill Cowher is??? We need a new head coach here is San Diego.

PS. Beweeb: The Titans/Steelers would be an awesome AFC Championship game. It's too bad they can't appear together in the Superbowl.
