Go over and kick it over. Then tell him if he doesn't want it to be him next he best stop reving that piece of crap and have some decency for neighbors. Ignorant people usually need force to deal with.

Not good advice. The law doesn't understand "but he was a jerk first" as a legal defense.

hey some one else has my name????? cuse i never offered advice on this one lol
if i were to offer i may explain that i had a hypothetical situation like this and that the persons bike had.... um...mmmm.... let me re phrase that, the bike may have, hypothetically of course, experienced major mechanical malfunctions such as parts missing and perhaps an unfortunate cement mix spill in the fuel tank....
but that would be if i was to answer with such an obviously made up story....

If someone came onto my driveway or into my garage and kicked my motorcycle, they'd be apologizing to my glock .40 reeally quick. Seriously, I'd think they were high, drunk or attacking me. It depends on your state, but there are places where you CAN be shot for trespassing and causing a ruckas. The best thing to do, coming from a motorcycle owner/rider, is to confront your neighbor openly, honestly, and kindly.
