Oooo I do hate migraines. I use to get them a lot more when I was in high school and surprisingly the frequency of them has dwindled now that I'm in college, even with more stress, haha. Anyways, I've found the best way to get rid of migraines is to lay in bed, all lights off, shades drawn, with a cold cold towel (soaked in cold ice water) draped over my for head. I use to get baddddd bad migraines, and I mean head splitting ones. This almost always worked for me and still does when I suddenly develop one.
