Hey Blaxicanlatino, try the neti-pot.. I don't like meds either, the neti-pot helps you flush your sinus and you'll be able to breath better, or at least breath! haha..

i read about that. and yes im a kid :D err...teen ;D heck one more year and i will be 20 and suffer dimentia T_T so i need.... umm... i guess be stupid? XD

I also have a neti-pot. They work amazingly well. They take a little getting used to, at first I was like, "What the heck??" but they do the trick! I also suffer from sinus allergies so the neti-pot cures all.

If you don't stand up for something you'll fall for anything...

how does it work? i read that you pour stuff in your nose but that sounds scary since i already can hardly breathe already 0_0

It's just basically water with sea salts and you'll be amazed at all the stuff that will come out from the opposite nastral. But please do some research before you try it, you don't want the water go in the wrong pipe and make you swallow the salty water, unless you're into that.. haha..
