I also love Sayid and Locke. I can't stand Jack, he's such an idiot! Anna Lucia too, but since she's dead she's not a problem anymore

I think Jack is a little too arrogant, but he'll come around. Plus, they killed Ana right when she was getting to be nice! I mean, come on! They did the same thing to Shannon...do I see a pattern? :P lol

I'm not into 24, but I'd say Nip/Tuck is way to different than Lost to compare the two. As far as "can't miss it" factor goes, yeah they're tied. Lost is my favorite show though, if anything else because it is easy to discuss/debate/think about with friends, so it's a little more involving, wheras Nip/Tuck is more "OMG they are crazy, i can't believe they're doing that!" lol
