To prepare you, they'll likely deem it to be MRSA, and put him into QT. I just went through this again and again with my elderly aunt, grandfather, and grandmother - they came through the staph allright and they were all VERY ill and in their 80's aside from the staph infection.

I'll be praying for him, hon *hugs* I'm sure he'll be allright!

So its been a couple of days since I posted anything so I thought I would give an update

Yesterday My dad got out of the hospital and is doing very well. I was told that on Tuesday they did a CAT scan on his stomach as the drainage tube was draining too slow. It turns out it was just healing that fast and the Doctors were in awe. Well with as much antibotics they were giving him and him being on bed rest. Plus the nurses helping in up and into bed everytime he had to get he had plenty of time to heal. So they took the drainage tube out. He also gets his catheter out on Monday I believe. Talked to my mom and she saids he is walking around the house fine and feels good! So alls good!
Also Jeep is running great now. The Check engine light is off as it was a sensor in my gear shifter that thought it was in the wrong spot. Code P1899 for jeeps. It has done that before and I probably need to check into how to fix it just not going to worry about it now. I do still need to actually need to tear it down again sometime soon and put the thermostat in as I forgot to before sealing the housing back up cause I got into a hurry the other day but since it is soo hot here I am not worry about it. I smoked my last cigg Sunday nite as I am stopping that habit before it goes to far again. Well it actually did and I am on the patches they help before and quit using them the last time. Now if I can make it to this weekend and actually have some time off to do something. 3 more day maybe 4 not sure if I have to work saturday or not yet.

Quiting for me isn't hard, its staying way from them. This makes the 3rd time I have or will be quiting. The last run last 4 month (give or take). The time before that 3 months. Use patches for 3 weeks and done with them. Then some kinda stresser comes along and bam right back with the ciggs.
