The kitty that we took in had her babies last night. Mom said their are 5, 3 grey/striped ones, 1 orange, 1 white,beige.
This is the only pic I have so far but I'll be sure to get tons when I go home next week.
Once the kittens are weaned we'll be taking momma to get spayed. I'm going to try to find homes for most of the kittens but I think I might keep one for myself and sneak it into the dorm for the summer at least.
Oh...I love kitty cats..said the, cat lady...lol.....I like to get newborn kittens an bottle raise them....so much fun.......I don't get kittens anymore which is a good thing...everybody is spay or neutered...but every year or so I have to get a new kitten and I always get a newborn to bottle raise if I can......I don't need anymore cats...got 29...lol....and the last 4 new ones I got...3 kittens abused and dumped and an injured stray....just so you know I live out in the woods on a cattle ranch and I have big hay barns...so they are not all in the house....lol....I am the cat lady...but not crazy.....well maybe a little.....lol...
Glad to see you plan to get her spayed....so which one are you going to keep?
Haha..yeah my parents learned their lesson with our old girl Pearl.. she had 3 litters I think.. luckily only one or two babies a piece but still.
I'm not sure which one I want yet. I haven't seen them in person because they are back home.. I'm thinking the orange one. I want a girl so we'll see which ones are which in a week or two when its easier to tell their genders.
One of the kittens we had growing up had to be bottle fed. Pearl rejected her for some reason and my sister ended up taking her and raising her.
You know most not all..but most of the yellow cats are male.....sometimes you get lucky and the yellow one will be female but not very often.......I love kittens...they are so sweet and cute...
Me too.. the last time I had a kitten was when I rescued my kitty Malo and he is almost 3 years old now. Its been a really long time since I've had newborn kittens.
aww ^-^ i love raiseing kittens they can be so fun! but so messy =/ lol i have 2 litters coming in maybe next month we didnt get our girls fixed in time =/ i had like 23 or more till most of them recently dissapeared =( now just 6
