told my mom, she freeked out. I found some more information

10 dogs have died from kidney failure after eating this food
Recall to see if all food is bad or if only some
All food sold between December 2006 to March 2007
Signs of diseases are Loss of appetite, lethargy, vomiting and always thirsty and always peeing
It is recommended that you switch untainted brands immediately and wait until further notice.

Pedigree which i just noticed is not on the list, maybe switch to that.

Wow this is crazy! Luckily my dog and cat food isn't on that list, I forwarded it to my mother though, she owns a pet sitting business and I told her to pass it on to her clients! Thanks for the info Sleepy.

That´s understandable. I freaked out, too, because my cats eat the Nutro pouches three to five times a week.
I am happy I always have a huge reserve so I don´t have to worry I already fed the affected pouches. I just bought the 40 pouches before our move and they are still in our old apartment.

Temporarily a good idea. But don´t forget that the nutrition in pedigree
isn´t very high. I always thought pedigree, whiskas and most of the other brands masterfood´s producing is more chicken feed than food for a carnivore.

well dogs and cats are omnivores.... but yes ive never liked pedigree, used to use it on my dog in Australia, had dihorea for weeks

I don´t know how it is with dogs, I never had one, but I know that cats aren´t omnivores. :D
What made you think that ?
