I read somewhere that if you have insomnia, don't fight it by lying in bed tossing and turning. Get up, read a little, watch TV, have a warm bath, drink some warm milk. Eventually you will be sleepy enough to fall asleep. Yeah, insomnia sucks, especially when you lay there knowing that you have to be up in four hours to start another day, arghh!!

You know what the definition of hobby is: something of interest that is going to cost you lots of money!

maybe you could try a relaxation tape/cd ?
i find i never get to the end of them as i have fallen asleep.

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

Nice one - I'll try that one next time my fish can't sleep.

I'm ready for the pressure.
The drama and the pleasure!
If there is one thing I want to see here, it's HUMOR.
I believe I can fly!
I believe I can touch the sky!
I think about it every night and day!
I stand in awe of my body.
