how do you get ready for bed

what is everyones ritual before you get to sleep? ive been having trouble getting to sleep lately so im willing to try anything!

Nice hot shower, glass of red wine, maybe a good book.

This might sound stupid but whenever I have trouble falling asleep I drink cold milk mixed with honey, and I watch one of my favorite movies until I get sleepy. Nothing like a thriller or action though, haha.

I work 12hr shifts right up to 6am soo by the time I get home I am exhausted and pass right out! The days I am off I still don't have a problem sleeping as I still lack sleep from going to bed too late and getting up to early (Thanks to my daughter. LoL).

My bedroom tanks lights are all on a remote control power strip - ill watch the fish till I get sleepy, then turn out the lights without getting out of bed.

125 - BGK, chanchito cichlid, pictus cats, silver dollars, palmas bichir
125 - cichlids (severums, bolivian rams, chocolate), rainbows ( turquoise, red), loaches (angelicus, zebra, kuhli and horseface), plecos (BN, RL and clown), denison barbs, tiretrack eel, pearl gouramis, betta
90 - Congo tetras, african knife, upside down cats, spotted ctenopoma, kribensis, delhezzi bichir
2.5 - betta

You can try an herbal tea (like Sleepy Time) before bed. Try to relax for an hour before bed, running around doesn't make you sleepy like some people think.

If I don't get tired, I drink a cup of warm milk and before I know it, POOF, and I wake up the next morning asleep on the floor.

Does reading make you fall asleep? ie boring? Take a book to bed with you and read for few minutes.... won't take you long...... zzzzzzzz.
