OK I'm 100% Italian and I have no idea what a cream cake is. It's probaly a region my family didn't participate in. What's in it?

I'd kill for a piece of that right about now. Does it go with white wine?

Animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.

I have no idea if it goes good with white wine or not. I'll have to try that out sometime. lol It's made with 5 eggs, buttermilk, coconut and pecans and has a cream cheese frosting. I really don't have any idea why it's called an Italian cream cake but it sure is good!! My Mom made it.

wow !! just reading that and thought,wish i could see a picture,
and there before my eyes was a thing of yummieness.
i hope it was as good as it looked. :)

when you set up a new tank,hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor,that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

Yes, it was very good. lol It took my Mom 2 days to make. She made the cake one day and frosted it the next.
