Cool post have to put in my 2 cents :)
Althought I agree you can't see these kinda of results in 4 weeks, if your diet is right on and you have a good routine, you can lose weight pretty fast, but then again everyone is diff, I use to be a personal trainer and I compete in strongman/highland games and I have to say with all honesty the biggest hurdle for wieght lose is the person trying to lost it, in most cases it's the person's lack of dedication that stops the lose of weight.
I was only working out at home for 6 months to look like this :) Dedication and hard work, and diet, diet, diet and ................Diet :)
