Cool Funny "I got ripped in 4 weeks" advertisement

I visited this site for some kicks, and my coaches along with some of my students and I found the site to be hilarious! its physically impossible to develope such results in just 4 weeks XD. im a trainer and it is impossible to do so. The body needs protein to even do basic functions so the plan for "not using protien in the diet" is pretty rediculous.

all and all, im not trying to halt his/her business, but...wow lol

Ive seen that and laughed too. I use to wrestle in high school and I agree you cant get that ripped in 4 weeks.

if you get the one with the before and after pic being the SAME GUY
which there is one
look at his tattoos
who can afford a FULL SLEEVE PLUS more tattoos in a month? i sure cant D:
there was also colour in his tattoos

i also lol at the white teeth adverts
is it really so hard to just use whitening tooth paste and brush yer teefz?

EXACTLY!!! its so funny XD and how they talk about the creatine- creatine doesnt put on muscle like they say it does!! it doesnt magicaly make a muscular bod XD it helps but lol

It took me 3 months to get a basic six pack, im actually embarrassed about how terrible it was it took me a further 2 months to get it looking similar to that add, its hard work! Cardio one day, muscular the next, I lost it with in a few weeks lol

it was probably just swollen at the time but thats really what some gimmicks go for, temporary looks. if i do 30 pushups, then my chest will look amazing for an hour then go back to normal.

Heys guys,

Cool post have to put in my 2 cents :)

Althought I agree you can't see these kinda of results in 4 weeks, if your diet is right on and you have a good routine, you can lose weight pretty fast, but then again everyone is diff, I use to be a personal trainer and I compete in strongman/highland games and I have to say with all honesty the biggest hurdle for wieght lose is the person trying to lost it, in most cases it's the person's lack of dedication that stops the lose of weight.

I was only working out at home for 6 months to look like this :) Dedication and hard work, and diet, diet, diet and ................Diet :)

Just my 2 cents LOL!
