Most pizza places cook their pizzas on conveyor belts as well. There's nothing wrong with the method. Applying X amount of heat for Y minutes is how cooking works. Their ovens just move.

No I've had all kinds of pizza. Until you move out of a conventional oven, conveyor or not, into something like a brick oven the cooking implement itself is adding little to the pizza compared to the ingredients.

My brother is putting a wood burning oven out on his patio at his new house so he can cook pizzas out there.

i'd kill for a nice juicy stake right now...........
maybe i'd better goto bed.

when you set up a new tank,hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor,that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

That's when it starts making a difference. A good wood burning oven. Better yet, a hotter then hell wood burning brick oven, will really affect a pizza and its for the better.
