Here's some more pictures for you all. We had a great time, Thanks for all your input. Enjoy the pictures.

The kids by a fountain near the White House.

Here we are at the Lincoln Memorial

Looking at the Capitol from the Lincoln Memorial

We walked from the Lincoln Memorial to the Capitol, stopping along the way at different Museums and the Botanic Garden.

These are from the National History Museum

Here we are at the Air and Space Museum.

This was probably the neatest experience in the trip. I am standing with Charles McGee of the Tuskegee
Airmen.

On to the Botanic Gardens.

The Zoo

Finally after the all the museums, monuments, and wildlife, I asked the kids what they thought was the best part of the trip....

The escalator's and Metro... Go figure!

Sometimes there's justice, sometimes there's just us!

Looks like you had a great trip! Glad the weather held out for you. Great pictures, my favorites are the ones of the kids at the fountain and the shot of the hippo at the zoo.

Don't follow my footsteps....I run into walls!
