We went to the mall tonight and in Brookstone they have a thing called an EcoSphere. It is like a snow globe but 10000x cooler. It is a tiny aquarium eco system in a snow globe. It contains substrate, algae, shrimp, etc. It is very cool, I suggest you take a look in your local Brookstone! They are pricey tho.

Yes, i have seen these before. we want to get one but have not found any close to us. They are rather cool, however i dont think they last that long. Whe shrimp are supposed to eat off the algae that grows in the globe. They would be a nice little thing to have and watch.
