Eh, I was bored stiff in science class. For the most part I already knew it all. Most of mine comes from being interested in things and just going out and reading about them as much as I can. Research is something I don't shy away from.

I know what you mean, my teachers though i was a know it all... i just already knew what they were talking about. It's still a pain to this day.

Well not paying attention only gets you so far. Things like the mathematics of statistical mechanics and the Einstein field equations aren't exactly common knowledge, even for science geeks.

I'm actually interested in science class for the most part. It's one of the rare subjects that having a knowledge of them actually helps me on a regular basis. Now english....blehhhh!

20 gallon long: 3 adult Neolamprologus similis + about 11 fry of various ages; low light planted tank
20 gallon long:2 freshwater dwarf puffers (Puff Puff and Poofer); medium-light planted tank
10 gallon: 1 male betta named Wormy; low light planted tank
10 gallon: 1 male betta named Dante; low light planted tank
2, 5.5 gallon tanks that are currently empty (I see more fish on the horizon )

I wish I would have paid more attention and done better in science. Then maybe I could have become a veterinarian. :)

If they were going over something new or I didn't know I'd have perked up. Sitting there while the teacher explains nuclear fission and I could make a simple nuclear bomb if I had the uranium, that's not going to hold my attention.
