hi
i have read a few articals on the web concerning the use
of fish oils, and they look quite impressive. :)
with regards to improvements in child behavoir, and in my job
i am interested to read more about it...........anyway......
one page i looked at did reckon that the Omega 3 fish oil
supplements could "alleviate" the symptoms of depression, bipolar and psychosis.
however i would Highly reccomemend that any one suffering
with any symptom of depression or any other problems
make their way to see a health professional,
depression can show it's self in many forms,it's nasty.

Fish oil is recommended for a healthy diet because it contains the omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), precursors to eicosanoids that reduce inflammation throughout the body.

you can explore www.mamaherb.com to know some ailments which are treated with fish oil and you can see all the comments for each treatment and to how many people it really helped so far.
