My sister and I have been debating this since we were old enough to speak. What do you think?

absolutely. But some people taste more than others...

Try getting both and closing your eyes and not knowing which one you're eating. :)

They thought Noah was crazy when he built the ark.
They thought the forefathers of America were crazy when they rebelled.
They thought Howard Hughes was crazy when he built the Spruce Goose.
OK, Howard Hughes was crazy. But hopefully I'm not. :)

Technically the food coloring has no discernable flavor difference.
Though thorough research has never been applied to this particular subject...there have been many studies in respect to how the human brain attaches known responses for flavor to certain colors.
If an individuals brain has learned through it's lifetime experience that a certain color Had a taste associated with it there's a possibility that a food source with an entirely different flavor can have the previously applied learned flavor associated to it simply because of it's color.

...or NOT
LOL...I made that up but it sounds logical to me

well i voted that they do taste different,
the chocolate ones seem to taste......more stale. :(

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.
