Well, I'm a care worker, which sometimes opens doors for you that may otherwise stay closed...
The other day i was out for a walk with the dude i look after, and we stopped to stroke some horses that were leaning over a gate. After a while the lady who owned them came out and chatted to us. She was very pleasant indeed and we all got on very nicely.
We got to talking about how there isn't much to do where i live, and how we sometime struggled to find things to fill the day.
Then something amazing happened.
She said "well, if you feel like it, sometime just have a look in my warehouse over there..."
And we did.
And just look at what we found!
The A Team Van!!!
Just in case there was any doubt as to who drove it!
The boat used in one of the more recent Bond movies to speed down the river Thames!
A Batmobile! Although I can't remember which film it was in (suggestions?) The cars next to it are two former Bond cars, and the car from The Saint
And I have absolutely no idea where this is from, but apparently it's famous! (oh, and the white shell next to it is what remains of the famous underwater Lotus from the Bond film, again I can't remember which one, they all blend together after a while!)
It turns out that she lets the owner of a local car museum store the cars that are not on display, or are awaiting a restoration, in her warehouse, so all these are the genuine article! I was amazed!
And we all had a good time, thanks to a very kind lady and her horses!
