2-4 cups a day, depending on my day. usually an espresso as well. The thing is, I drink coffee late at night too, and I have NO problem falling asleep after.

I'm not really a fan of tea or coffee. I love pop though, which is not so good...

I'm not really a daily ritual type of coffee drinker, but I do enjoy it on a fairly regular basis. I guess you could consider me a snob; I grind my own beans in a burr mill and use a French press. Depending on the brew it's either black or cream with no sugar. I do like the flavor of coffee with chocolate though, so sometimes I make a poor man's iced mocha.

As for coffee, we consider a cup one of those European mugs (think the TV show Friends). Can not start my morning without one.
