Babyfishsitting

:)

My friend just got two new goldfish for her pond that she was going to keep in quarantine for a couple of weeks, but she went on vacation so she asked me to keep them for a bit. I actually had set up the Eclipse 3 for Cade two days ago so that I could take the baffle/panty hose off the intake tube to clear up all the plant debris that has accumulated (AND NEW BETTA POSSIBLY?!?! :D) So I just put the babies in there. They're really tiny, about 1/2" - 3/4" so I figured they be okay in there with water changes every 2 days. She gave me the bubble curtain that she had and they just love that! The only thing that is hard is keeping the temperature down. It's at about 70 now, which is okay.
Here's some pictures!
They're cute.

The orange one was hard to catch a picture of, so this will have to suffice.

Lol, me too, but it will probably be a long time until that. Say graduate school and on, until I can properly house them. I want a pond too, so I can take them out in the summer. That'd be so nice.

aww,how sweet are they.
i'd love to set up a goldie tank someday.

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.
