Yikes. I'm glad I'm here and not there!

I hate cold weather too! My entire yard & garden would die off in weather like that. Whoa, wait a minute. If I had cold weather I wouldn't have to do yard work, which would mean more time with my fish...

damp and cold here, and the weather is fixin to get colder,
brrrrrrr i don't like the cold at all. :(
maybe i should emigrate,i say that every year.
anyone wanna adopt me for the winter. :)

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

come on over to jersey. we got snow yesterday

ofcourse i love this weather.. santa only comes this time of year

but seriously, i love snowboarding and it has to be cold to do so somewhat local.. plus i feel its easier to put on an extra coat or hoodie to stay warm then it is to have to get into AC or a pool to stay cool.. hope that makes sense lol

How funny...I'm just perfectly opposite of you. I find it's much easier to jump in the ocean or dump a bucket of cold water over my head than it is having to put on a bunch of extra heavy clothes. I love that all my winter gear is something nice to look at and not something I need to use!

Willow, anytime you want you've got an open invite to come to California. The beach is just 1/2 mile from my house & I've got unlimited access to a nice swimming pool and you'll be surrounded by palm trees. It's a little slice of heaven....
I've never been to London....perhaps a vacation house trade? I'll feed your fish if you feed mine...

If you don't stand up for something you'll fall for anything...
