Cool To all that care im back

so some may have noticed ive been gone for a long long while, well i ended up getting a new job "law care" AKA scotts or as some may know us as trugreen and the hours are insnane but the money is too. i gotta admit i havent done a wc on my tnak since feb and have just been adding water as needed. my plants have all pretty much died off seing how i dont have a light timer and the fish tank is in the bedroom and the light wakes up the wife. so usually the tank gets maybe 5hrs a day on a good day of light so thus i lost pretty much every plant i had in there. good news though i havent lost any fish or had any illness of any kind and all the fish are still happy ^^

just a random update for the day~

Hey there,

Welcome back and congrats. on the new job.

Animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.

Well I definitely noticed your absence...but didn't figure your tank had gone downhill! Anyway, there will always be more plants, but opportunities like that job of yours don't happen every day! I actually did a search for your screen name the other day looking or a link you had posted up several months ago...and I found it! (The one about all those different kinds of plecos, not sure if you remember...)

Welcome back!

thanks for the warm welsome back, yeah im kinda bumed about the plants and its def not like me to let the tank slide like i have but for the cash im pullin in i had to sacrifice what spare time i have for my family. the baby is growing soo fast, they dont lie when they say they grow up so quick! shes got two teeth and many many more coming in crawling backwards sitng on her own rolling pretty much everything except for words and forward movment haha. maybe once the spring rush is over for lawn care i might expand or upgrade or do something with my cichlids. cant say i really remember the pleco thing all that well but i do remeber something about them having numbers instead of names and how there are like 100's of diffrent types of them, well its bed time catch yall tomm for a post or two^^

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.
