I've heard of this, that Titanic did have a cursed mummy. The day Titanic left Southhampton she almost collided with the New York...the same name as the pier she would never get to. Look at the smoke cloud from a tug boat to the left of the Titanic in this picture, it looks like an angry face staring down at the doomed liner:

More strange things: Myth has it that the mummy was placed on the Empress of Ireland in 1914.....was struck by another ship and sank with more than 1000 including 314 children dead, (though there's a legend that a man who was arrested before the ship left cursed it).

History repeats:
The tramp steamer Titanian, was sailing in the same area as Titanic, on the 23rd anniversery of the sinking. She almost collided with an iceberg at 11:40. Crew member William Reeves saw the iceberg and was able to avoid the collision. Reeves was born the night Titanic sank.

Jessies dream:
A Scotish girl named Jessie sat dying in her bed. She was delerious that night but kept talking about an ocean liner sinking and thousands drowning. And a man named Wally playing a fittle. Within hours of her death the Titanic sank and Wally Hartley, and the rest of the Titanics band continued to play.

William T, Stead wrote a book called From the Old World to the New in 1892. In it a ship sinks after striking an iceberg and the rescue ship is captained by E.J. Smith. Stead died on the Titanic which was captained by E.J. Smith.

Isaac Frauenthal had a dream the night before he sailed on Titanic. The dream was that he was on a huge ocean liner and all of a sudden it hit something and quickly began to sink. He had the dream everynight he was on Titanic. When he heard of the collision he didn't need any persuasion to board a lifeboat.

Weird huh??
