I was wondering if it would be possible to make a 2.5g tank into a nano saltwater tank? What would I need? What could I keep in it? Anyone with experience with saltwater nano tanks? I tried a 20g long saltwater tank a while back but before I could really get into it (all it had was live sand and live rock) I had to move.
a 2.5 would most likely not work, if you REALLY wanted that size, i would get a 5 gallon and put a false back then a 20 gallon sump. there isnt anything you can put in it other then small hermits and snails and some corals. if you did this you should get live rock RUBBLE because even nano rock is to big for that sixe tank.
Subject: Larry LaPrise dead at 93
With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went unnoticed last week.
Larry LaPrise, the man that wrote "The Hokey Pokey" died peacefully at the age of 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in. And then the trouble started.
well first let me express that this tank will be very dificult to do as a first tank.... the more water volume the more stable it will be and with that said in such a small tank the only things that happen fast are the bad things..... read this link about saltwater first and then come back with more questions http://www.tropicalfishkeeping.com/m...shwater-31955/ ....... i am not advising against you i am just trying to give you as much info as i can at this moment
