Looking to start nano tank

I'm looking to start up another nano tank. This one will be 29 gallons. Im thinking trying something new with this tank. I was wondering if anyone has tried the LED lights and what you think of them. I also wondering what kind of protein skimmer would you guys would recommend using.

well the leds are new and most of us havent used them yet other than for nocturnal illumination. However, they should be good. if your looking to be energy efficient than thats the way to go. I have the prizim skimmer on my ten gallon nano. its hang on back and rated for 40 gallons. this could be supplemented by a hang on filter. I'd go with the emperor 250 if you want really good filtration
