ok, new update. i had to get my tank replaced due to an accident! i called chris from picoaquariums and told him my tank i just got broke due to an accident and that i needed a new one quickly as the temp tank can only hold the livestock for so long before i start losing stuff. he responded quickly and here's the new and improved tank.

here's a picture of the AIO tank by pico aquariums and the sump area

I hate to see a messy tank so i made a prototype cover

Thanks! This tank is going to be fully automated. An auto topoff for evaporation, automatic dosing of supplements, the lights will do dusk to dawn and include thunderstorms. I'm still trying to get used to the lighting. The AI leds are powerful and will cook corals in an instant. Once i get experienced on these lights i hope to be successful.

If you dont mind me asking, how much did the tank cost roughly?

That depends on options. Go to picoaquariums.com and see. Mine ran $280+$70 shipping i think. The tank is awesome because you can adjust the display water height while it surface skims!

and a close look at the finish where cover meets light bracket

the finish is awesome and professional looking!

a couple pics of my corals. i haven't placed them where i want them because i'm still learning how to adapt to LEDs. These corals have been in the tank for at least 1 month so far and they seem to be adapting well. i did lose a couple when i first started because the intensity was a bit too high. the colors here are pretty accurate. i'm using a bit more atinic until i get thecorals to color up whee i want them. then i'll add alittle more full spectrum.
