    Good evening, Dramaqueen,

I hope you don't mind my contacting you here on the backscreen.

I can't find the picture I entered in the February photo contest. Is this an oversight , or is it just the way the contest is set up?

Can you suggest someone I can talk to more in depth about it? I want to learn all the ropes on cycling. I think the whole fish-in fish-out debate is interesting...

Hey that red VT is adopted out to people where I can keep an eye on him. They got a care sheets and I got him a filter and everything he needs.
Oh, I am cycling a ten gallon, should I change the filter every two to four weeks still during the cycle? I like to change mine every 2. It's a Tetra whatever (lol) and takes those blue cartridges.

hey I jus need some information please. I jus got my betta last monday. of course I was told that a 1 gallon bowl wit no heater was fine! After finding this site I seen otherwise. So I am planning on getting a 10 gallon tank for him. I was wondering about how 2 do the heater. Should I have the tank set 2 what it is now and jus raise the heater a lil at a time? I dnt want it 2 b a complete shock 2 him. Bob always makes the little bubbles on 1 side of the tank and I read that means he is happy...but I want 2 keep him for a long time so I want 2 make sure I do things right! sorry so long!

thanks. i am trying. I have only been in this for a year and am learning as I go. I find it hard on here when there are so many conflicting opinions. I always learn something new and the arguments are kinda funny. In a way I like all the opinions because you can choose what is best for you and your fish after weighing the options. With something like this red boy though I like a straight answer thats why I bug you moderators :) lol

Thanks by the way. I feel bad for this little fella after what he went through. yellow water and tons of old food. Even a fully grown algae leaf....
