If it's a female then the little white thing is her ovipositor, which is where her eggs are released from.

Hi! I got a new betta about 2 weeks ago. I noticed there was a little whit thing on her stomach. My friend and i were trying to figure out what it is, but neither of us knows. I can show u a picture, if u dont know what im talking about. She doesnt seem sick, either. Have any idea?? Thanks, Cali627 :)
