Their mods are awful! This one person complained about the mods' rudeness on the open forum and everyone attacked that person like a shark attacking it's prey.Then things started to get vulgar. That's when I decided to never go there.

Yeah, its pretty bad. The breeder i got that pair from is named Anthen For A Fallen Star, and after i posted a bad review about him there i have about 3-4 of his followers chewing me out. Half the mods defended him and the other half doesnt even like him lol. The majorty of the people there act like they know everything that has to do with bettas, its so annoying!

The thing is you can't really say anything over there. Someone either jumps down your throat or you get ignored.

I completely agree.
But i must say there are a select few that actully are O.K. but those are the ones that either dont talk much or just do their own thing there lol. Most of those are the ones that are here now though.

If you bought them for breeding purposes then you got ripped off if they aren't breeding quality. I'm sure they'd make nice pets for someone. Maybe no one there will buy them but someone here might. Those people are a bunch of jerks.

I think my last straw was when they told me not to sell 4 bettas i bought from another member there that turned out haveing a bit of a hunch back after they got 4 months old. They were sold to me as being breeders and i was out about $50. After i posted them for sale there they pmed me telling me no one approves of it and they wont sell.

It seems like we have gotten a lot of UB members here lately.

I agree the UB site has gotten a bit over the top.... My reasoning for coming here lol
