- Hey Rick, Thank you for your comments on the water chem sticky. I'm pleased to have this info posted here on my page. And I'm glad to have you confirm my opinions and practices re: small tanks and using parameters to guide maintenance (rather than mere time).
Those are (some of) the minerals that we change water to refresh?
On Jaysee's "How do you cycle" thread, everybody gets the plant-and-stock-lightly meme. Something to pass along to the Betta side. I try to upgrade conservative thought and practices on here.

Also thanks! I'm happy when my fish are happy. I also like to lead by example. Show people what goldfish look like when in a proper tank, and they will want big chubby goldfish like mine :3
