I hope your parents allow you to breed and that you will be responsible with it if they let you! :)

3-4 will be fine then, whatever you think he will be okay with. Some bloat is fine, I just mean you don't want him looking like he'll pop a seam from soooo much food he can't even handle! You want a nice round tummy, not completely flat

Try giving him more food, with the small fish formula you can easily give him 5-7 pellets at each feeding as long as his stomach doesn't look like it will explode ^_^ he can eat quite a bit!

How often do you feed him? Try to bump up the water changes daily for now to see if that helps him grow. Also, if you can get some frozen foods, that will help with the added protein and all

It's a possibilty! He could also be a PK which do sometimes have ray's coming out of the webbing like CT, just obviously not as long as CT. Or sometimes the ray's just grow faster than the membrane, I had that happen to me with one of my boy's; Tony

That's fine. Either way though, just so you know; "stress" stripes in babies usually aren't due to stress at all if they are constant. They are used for camouflage in the wild so that they aren't eaten off as quickly and so that's just what they do. They can also change their color on a dime and go from horizontal stripes to colored up to submission (vertical) stripes and back to horizontal stripes in just a split second just like a baby human can cry but if they're shown something they like, they can start giggling and be all happy

Color isn't an indicator either, females can be just as colorful. And horizontal stripes are the camo stripes, I think I told you about those before?
