- I know what you mean about people not understanding the necessary precautions. The way it was brought up and suggesting I didn't know what I was doing... it was a bit offending. I love rescuing and treating sickly betta and I've been doing it for some time now. But I will thank you for trying to inform. :)
Please understand, however, that not everyone rushes blindly into rescues and that you should approach the subject less condescendingly
- Sorry about that , i just recently got a little paranoid that people don't realized it. I just spoke to a few people who brought sick bettas home and share all equipment between new sick fish and her healthy fish. So forgive me for that , i really just trying to help. I wish every one know that , but some people don't realize simple precautions that are really important. Sorry again.
- Yes only if you have another betta:) I was not sure if you do:) But i stull like to keep them in the hospital tank for a few weeks when they new . Or in the main tank but without gravel and decorations. I am talking to someone who brought betta from the store and it just lived for 4 days and died. Now he has to disinfect 5 gall tank, gravel, decorations, live plants....etc.
