Won't the high nitrite stall the cycle? And the ammonia is fine, it's at 1ppm-2ppm. I'll wait until it goes around .50ppm or so; I don't want the nitrites even higher. Since this is day 2 of the nitrites, I think the nitrates will start to show up early-mid next week or so.

Okay, good. (: Also, the nitrites burst up high today! It's now 3ppm-5ppm. The test kit chart's look exactly the same with the nitrites. How am I supposed to tell? The BB will probably start to die off soon. :/

I know! :D And... I'm breaking a promise here... When I 'clamp' the clamp light on the tank, isn't the metal part that hangs it up going to touch the water? (sorry, I still have many questions along the way!!)

Yesss. (: Can you check my thread on the bulb I need for the 3.5? I'm planning on anarachis and mine really like some light. I swear, this is the last question!

I did.. It just won't agree with me.
I tested it. It's still at 4ppm. I never knew this could be so boring! It went by so fast with my 20G.

It's because my dang ammonia is so strong! Ugh. I still can't figure out the proper doses. It seems like 1ml is 4ppm so far. I can't wait for the new addition! But.. It's for the best. -.-

And I see.. There are like 4-5 where I live and there aren't any no-kills here. Too many dogs and cats breeding. /:

I thought I just add in around 2ppm each time I refill it. T.T I'm going to check later today, the tank isn't cloudy anymore because of the weird water..

Also, I volunteered at an animal shelter! :D Have you ever volunteered? I take care of the animals and all, but it said something about presenting to youth clubs and euthanizing.

Okay.. I did a water change. The ammonia is safely at 2ppm-4ppm. I think I won't be adding ammonia soon. ^.^"
