Go to the section you want to post in. Just above the list of different threads in that section, on the left, is a little button that says "Start New Thread".

I've never bred, so I'm not 100% sure, but I'd guess that they do, since they are just small adults. Some floating plants to diffuse the light wouldn't go amiss, though.
