I'm in Iloilo right now, mate. Yes, the fish are double bagged tightly and then the bag is placed in styrofoam box. Seal the styrofoam box tightly with a packaging tape and declare it "Live Fish". That would be 600-700 pesos airfreight fee. Include my contact and address on recipient tag which is then placed on the package.
