Nah, I've never used them. They are hardy, but only when they are kept properly. How big is your tank?

You're awesome. How long have you had Bettas? The more I read the more nervous I get about changing his tank! Everyone always says "Oh, they're hardy" but I want him to be comfortable. Do you think pH kits are necessary?
