Hello, alright so when you click on a board such as Betta Fish Care you will see lists of existing topics. Above all those you will see a tiny box with the text "New Thread" in it. It also has a little blue box with a + in it as well. Click on that and you can write a new thread. Being new it may not show up right away though, I think a mod has to approve it until you have 10 posts. Hope that helps.
